My name is Caroline, and I am your trainer for this leadership programme. Please find below some useful information. If you have any questions or requests, feel free to contact me. It is possible and you would be welcome to attend only one part of the workshop if that is all your commitments allows. However, it is recommended that you attend the whole training, as each day is a part of a whole. There is no formal preparation required for this workshop - life is busy enough! There will be a session on goal and action planning towards the end of part two. It would be useful for you to think about for you to reflect upon your own personal leadership objectives and your professional.Please be prepared to come and have a good discussion about both leadership and you. With that in mind, have a think about your location for the workshop. This is an interactive workshop, so it is useful to be in a place where you easily contribute. I look forward to working with you to support your professional development and build your leadership capabilities.
